CEF’s training ministries are growing and we couldn’t be more pleased. We have already completed two Teaching Children Effectively courses this year, and have four more scheduled in 2008. Each Teaching Children Effectively course is a total of 30 hours of instruction, at a cost of just $150.

Congratulations to the newlyweds! David and Sarah Nydom became Mr. and Mrs. Guyatt on May 24. They join our team beginning with STI on June 22 and are working with our summer missionaries through July and August. In the fall they will locate in the Bracebridge area and will work with the volunteers there to further develop CEF ministries in that region. Click here to read on.
Camp Good News is a summer ministry CEF Ontario provides most especially for children living in high risk or high need environments in the GTA. Many of the children who come to camp come from neighbourhoods marked by crime and poverty. The experience of leaving the city for a week at camp is something most of them would not be able to experience without CEF and the individuals who provide financially through sponsorships. MORE
