This ministry provides an opportunity for young people to do summer missions with CEFOntario in children’s outreaches during the summer months. Before intensive training mission they must successfully complete two weeks of training. They are trained to do games, songs, and Bible based lessons to help children learn good values and morals. The work they do may be done in backyard clubs, Church Day Camps or Vacation Bible schools, fairs, and parks.

Kayla Shepherd Coming to CEF this summer was a last minute thing for me. I had no idea what I would do with my summer or what God was going to use me for. But I’m really glad He led me here because He not only taught me so much, He used me to put smiles on the faces of many different children. |

One main thing God taught me this summer was to trust Him. I’ve had a week where the max amount of kids at the club was 2 and another week where it was 43. That just made me see that no matter the amount of kids at a club God is working. God is always working. When I’m not doing the clubs people wonder why I’m in Toronto. I get the opportunity to explain to them that God is using me to help give these kids a real hope in Him. God called me to work with CEF, I’m sure of that. This whole experience has been based completely on trust...trusting God isn’t always easy, but I’ve definitely found that He rewards you when you do. I had an awesome summer! I feel that God has really challenged me and helped me to grow this summer. This is certainly an experience that will stay with me. It’s an awesome feeling to know that I can go out and reach out to these kids with God’s message. Sometimes it’s hard for me to see how God is reaching these kids through me because they don’t always find Him, but I know that seeds have been planted in these kids and God will help them grow. Knowing that 3 kids accepted Jesus as Saviour has made my summer! |

David Guyatt Greetings to my brothers and sister in Christ, I served with CEFOntario this summer. I stayed mainly in the Toronto area and I was able to teach about 200 children there. The children there were like children I had only heard about. |

I taught Muslim, Hindu, Mormon, Christian, and many other children. I met countless children who suffered from poverty, death, gangs, and divorce. Yet through all of that I was able to see nine children come to know Jesus as their Savior. |
